Pros

Leadership structure within Access is strong and I feel like I have a voice. You are judged based on quality of your work and not hours sitting at your desk. Overall I feel that the division has great camaraderie and I enjoy coming to work

Cons

Work being done on diversity, but not quite there yet.

Opportunities to elevate within the company, albeit, low management elevation. Very (genuine) charitable company - they are quick and always ready to be charitable to many I know.

Cons

Too many cross-relationship - mother-daughter, aunt-niece, teams consisting of managers bringing former colleagues and direct reports. Too frequent turnovers in the relationship management department.
