Company is good but the Central Services Team used to be a great divison to work in. Work was great and employees had independence and management trusted them. Senior and executive managers were accessible. It all changed in 2023 with changes at the top.

Cons

Central Services Team used to be great until 2023. With changes in top management, it is now a toxic work place. If you get a job there and you don't have other offers, take it but continue looking for a better opportunities. You will find that there are.
