Pros

Amwins has a pretty good company culture. They listen and apply feedback from their employees. I’ve seen it happen in real time.

Cons

Unfortunately salary is pretty flat across the board. Most positions only give a slight bump of a couple (literally 2)dollars for growth while taking on significantly more responsibilities.
