Great intentions, great products, but chaotic

Pros

The owners genuinely care about the employees. The products are very high quality. Great health benefits. Kind and empathetic work environment.

Cons

Managers are poor people leaders. Nothing is standardized across the company, so it feels like you're all speaking a different language. Too many people have to sign off on things for anything to get done. Lack of succession planning and lack of growth or development.
