Pros

A family-owned company dedicated to their purpose of making great tasting organic food available to everyone. The company really cares about the consumers, the planet and it's employees. They strongly encourage a work/life balance, great benefits - overall an an amazing company to work for. You feel good about yourself every morning when you go to work.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. It will be exciting to be a part of the growth of the company over the next few years.

Pros

Incredible people in all areas of the organization. Everyone works hard, and when it comes to a finished product, Amy's is the real deal. Their dedication to their products is real.

Cons

The only con I see is that while Amy's has an obligation to satisfy demand, active policies, job titles or descriptions, and other subtle nuances indicate a more corporate atmosphere opposed to the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere that seemed to exist when I first started. Not a lot of room to grow.

Pros

Amy's has a strong commitment to both their product AND their people. They walk the talk when it comes to human, conscientious food made in a delicious way. Employees are encourage to bring new ideas to the table and the company really comes together to make those good ideas happen.

Cons

Amy's is not a profit driven company, so there are opportunities to improve the pay for the region, although the benefits are exceptional.
