Pros

decent pay, somewhat good hours

Cons

The attendance policy is absurd. if you dont have any sick pay unpaid or vacation you’re burnt when u cant make it into work. i have stomach problems and my car gets blocked in all over the driveway. fired for something completely out of my control. im disgusted by it. they dont care about their employees. i was miserable while working here. if you’re white you will barely fit in. a darn shame...

Great Values, Minimal Career Growth

Pros

The company has incredible values that really show. They are in the businesses of contributing their profits towards causes close to their hearts and taking care of their employees well.

Cons

There is not much room for career growth and their pay is not competitive with other Bay Area salaries.
