Is it any wonder that this company run by a completely inept leadership team is going completely under? They have an inexperienced and incompetent leader who has perpetuated a culture of toxic back-stabbing, lack of financial or operational rigor, and overall a hot mess. Worse of all is the CEO at one of the brands who has been promoted from within even though she's demonstrated zero leadership skills or even the ability to craft a coherent email.

Previous generations of team members left a trail of tribal knowledge messes which could not be corrected with new hires, resulting in Chapter 11. The heads of Finance and Accounting lead with an unapologetic "get it done" mentality and simply have no desire to assist their teams to get there, resulting in low morale, turnover, and a culture of bare minimum.
