Pros
Amyx is a great company to work for. From the President/CEO of the company all the way down to the Division Chiefs and Program Managers, they care about the not only the growth of the company, but also the growth of its employees. They believe the stronger the employees are, the stronger the company will be. They offer professional development, learning, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. The climate is very positive. They also offer 401K incentives and opportunities for employees to purchase stock for its parent company, TetraTech, at reduced rates as well.
Cons
This could be a Con for some and Pro for others. Though they do offer medical and dental insurance it is something that is not offered free as part of the employment package. It is offered for those who chose to pay for it at reasonable rates.
