I was zero when I started my career. Lots of hurdles but Management supported me and helped in all the possible ways. and now into a very depending and responsible role. I have had started my career in 2014 and now it's all mine. Probably who ever work here donot show that we are working for someone else's company... we work here like Amzur is "MY COMPANY" and what we do here is for Amzur's good. That's how we taught and made.

Cons

Where there is a positive there will be negative also - but positives are suppressing negatives from time to time.. so I am seeing no issue here.
