      Flexible, Good People, Great CEO

      Pros

      Very flexible work/life balance. Pre-Covid we would have Yoga hour every Friday. Great coworkers in the office, CEO is very caring and genuine and a very flat hierarchy so there is no bureaucracy or red tape to cut thru. Family feel to the team in Tampa.

      Cons

      sometimes business divisions can be siloed, especially the international offices.
