Pros
Salary on time. Previously it used to have lot of scope to learn new technologies.
Cons
1) HR team will change organization policies whenever they want and try to rub them on the employees. 2) When you want to leave the company , HR will comes up with hidden policies which they only knows and will irritate you. which makes you to think to not to come back. 3) Previously junior resources used to get lot of help from the seniors and team leads. but now everything has changed. 4) No work life balance. 5) You will see lot of favouritism by managers and some managers will steal your credit and put you in front asks you to face the consequences if any thing happen.
