Has good connections with clients. Is the main vendor for few companies.
Cons
No growth. Low rates. Won’t reveal their share in the client billing. Takes a huge cut from the client. You need find your own project. Relies only on one recruiter in finding you projects. If you are out of project they won’t pay you until you find your next project. Sometime you won’t get paid properly even if you fill time sheets.
