It is a fun environment on a mountain with beautiful views.

Cons

Too busy, while understaffed... at the time, no clear goals for what needed done and random expectations from a boss that didn't know what to do.

They offered good benefits and allowed us to get into various tourist spots in Gatlinburg for free. My coworkers were all very friendly.

Cons

Not much pay and the work wasn't too challenging.
