Pros

+Idea-focused management +Over 10k engineers, wealth of industry exp. to learn from and/or leverage +Strategic thinkers +Some of the best in the industry +Great environment for ideas to flourish: its OK to try and fail!

Cons

-Competitive pay could be better -Colocations on PST vs EST -Family leave (birth) used to be better (8weeks paid vs 4weeks) -ESPP (10k only) used to be better for US employees -More "sick time off" seems misleading, just give PTO. Uncomfortable to use.
