Pros
The benefits are very goo. There is a lot of job security across a historically dynamic market. The company has a very academic atmosphere, and actually feels a lot like a college campus. Everyone is very welcoming as well, with approximately 80% of employees being engineers. That said, expect to initiate the conversation.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for personal growth. It is quite hard to get noticed and recognition for a good performance. This is because many in the company have their head burried in their work, being collaborative only when necessary. The business systems are a bit antiquated, reducing the overall efficiency of the company. There is largely a top-down management style, without a lot of feedback coming up from the bottom.
