      Great Teams, Great Tech, Lagging Pay

      Pros

      The engineers at ADI are great and a pleasure to work with. The technology is fascinating and is innovation driven. I have a great team and great managers. The work life balance is reasonable. Benefits are really strong. Internal migration is encouraged and there is a wealth of interesting projects and opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Has lost some focus over the years due to poor executive leadership choices. Onboarding experience and training is terrible. Base pay is not as high as expected for a company of its size. New hire compensation is dishearteningly close to my own.

      Pros

      Technology is good, and opportunities to learn in the right team.

      Cons

      Management sets unrealistic timelines and resources for projects. All projects in the past 5 years have been delayed by months. Expectation are always unclear going into a project. Handful of people doing bulk of the work. There is no ownership. Issues are passed on from one team to another, since no one wants to take responsibility. Lot of deadweight in the company.
