Competitive compensation pkg RSU (equity awards) ADI contribution of 5% to every employee in a savings plan (retirement, pre tax) ADI matches 50% up to 8% employee contribution (so if employee maxes contribution, can get 9%) HSA ADI seems to constantly try to improve so benefits change, from what I've seen from older reviews, benefits are improving. Good career growth potential Good sick time plan (80 hours)
Cons
Vacation plan is weak, one week shut down at end of year, but employee required to take vacation hours No discounted stock purchase available for employees
