      Cut you off when you're close to a major service milestone.

      Pros

      Great technology. Very good cutting edge analog IC design house.

      Cons

      A very "cost sensitive" company. After the acquisition of Linear Tech myself and a few others I know were cut just before reaching major service milestones, for the obvious reason. They also sidelined a number of seasoned and respected managers at my location, and eventually closed the site entirely even though we had about 100 of us there, doing great work.
