Pros
- some employees are nice and you can see the friendship among them - very good facilities, office area is clean and spacious - you get meal allowance, shuttle bus services, christmas package - starting salary is high (increments are low) - company is good at scouting intelligent people
Cons
- you will be given projects with massive leg works and impossible deadlines so it is expected that you will work long hours. - super stressed environment. the amount of work you need to do is massive but you dont get enough resources to materialize it. - people from other teams get the upper hand. - strong politics in the office and evident favoritism. - some managers and seniors have the tendency to hold grudge and make life even worse for juniors. - low yearly increments and promotions are not really based on performance - internal mobility is close to impossible - frequent reorganization
