ADI has gone down the drain in the past few years. They have added more and more management, while cutting engineering. They blindly listen to leadership putting their eggs in one basket causing a lot of failure with making successful products. Only 20% of the target bonus has been delivered in the past few years while the C-Suite continues to get multimillion dollar bonuses. Promotions with no raises, and no clear path to growth.
