      1) very challenging but thought-provoking work 2) great immediate supervisor 3) lots of extra-curricular work 4) lots of training provided 5) work from home set-up is encouraged 6)

      Cons

      1) Like any other company, there are also bad people who do not treat people with respect. 2) There are way too many projects that need to be worked on simultaneously for the amount of people available. 3) There is no standardized Business Process for the entire company. It depends on your Business Unit.
