      Great company benefits up to and including the 401k match up to 8% per year; a generally stable but maturing industry; flexible work schedule; one of the industry's top semiconductor companies focused on analog products; great compensation scheme.

      Cons

      Marketing and product management are behind the curve; very little in terms of forward looking technology; mature industry with consolidate right around the corner; very little to differentiate product offering; not open to disruptive ideas or thinking outside the box; very hierarchical in nature where the product lines rule.
