There is plenty of room for growth if you work hard, the pay was competitive as well as the benefits, there was a great team environment and everyone is willing to help.
Cons
Everyone has a defined linear role so if you need something that branches outside of one persons position, you need to go to another place and there seems to be a lack of communication at times
