      Pros

      get to meet with very professional people and learn a lot. The office environment is very nice and comfortable to work with. I have many perks.

      The salary increase is only average. I guess this varies per countries.

      Analog is a great company to work for. The people are great, tasks are usually interesting and challenging. Opportunity is there if you can be effective and are willing to take it.
