      Good Company to work for, but the highest level of management are white collar crooks.

      Pros

      Their technical work is very interesting. The people are great to work with. The pay is pretty good. There is plenty of opportunity for developing skills, once you get your work done.

      Cons

      If you don't have a ring from MIT, you are looked down upon. There is never any chance, even temporarily, to put yourself first, however, when it come to personal or professional development.

      Not all groups the same, some older support organizations are filled with bureaucracy and outdated systems. Attempts are being made to improve but its slow going.
