Very challenging technical work being done in the bangalore office. Lot of strong technical peers to work with in front end teams. Good exposure to system level aspects and algorithms with work on latest trends in field of communications. Good hikes, RSU for higher performance High visibility if you can perform well. No politics, most debates are won on technical merit. Great managers at site level.
Cons
Not much. High performance teams have sustained peer pressure to outperform.
