Pros
If you can find yourself a spot in the right group, there are plenty of opportunities for learning, challenging yourself, and contributing. Some great engineers, products, and markets that ADI works with. Most groups are pretty flexible in terms of work hours and vacation time.
Cons
Salary growth is pretty slow, but they have other good benefits. Top heavy management so there isn't always room for upward career growth in the organization. Vacation time offered is not competitive.
