      smart engineers, little recognition

      Pros

      The engineers here are smart and knowledgeable. The environment is friendly and more or less stress-free. The projects are usually cutting edge technology and present interesting challenges from a system and circuit perspective.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't as good as similar semiconductor companies and the design engineers work in some departments may go unrecognized especially when working on blocks that need tweaking from one project to another.
