Pros
-Very technical atmosphere -Fast interactions with senior engineers in advanced projects -not much polititcs -ample social personal clubs/groups and concerned activities -culture keeps designations at bay. people don't recognize you as a newbie even when you first time enter as a fresher. you can be an immediate part of the company -career depends much on how good is your manager!
Cons
-nothing much... can't justify why people say that salaries are low here. -overtime not recognized or paid. -frequent overtimes may be required. -
