Opportunity to work with really good cutting edge technology Fairly laid back

Cons

The company is full of people that have worked at the company for minimum 15+ years so very few young people at the company. There has been a huge brain drain in the IT dept mgmt can't handle day-to-day IT operations Dept is blatantly racist, especially mgmt - treatment of minority workers in IT dept was very unprofessional and discriminatory They don't like "new blood" since dept is all people with 20+ years experience
