I was fortunate with the job i had and the people i was with. i worked mostly alone, my boss was great and let me do what i have to do to get the job done, and the people were very respectful and helpful.

Cons

i needed more money or else i would have stayed.

Cons

Since the company was sold to private equity firm, support services have been cut, compensation in the form of restricted shares eliminated, and employees otherwise nickel and dimes in several ways.
