      Pros

      The company is just the right size to be able to know anyone and everyone who knows how to get things done. Very interesting and complex products.

      Cons

      Seemed like there was a round of layoffs every other year, so make sure your resume is up to date. Not a lot of mobility for internal hires.

      - Management was awesome. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. - They actually care about employees. - The benefits package was tremendous and very competitive. - A modern environment, and a lot of new equipment.

      Cons

      - No room for advancement - Sometimes you get stuck working on the same project for a long time, performing the same tasks.
