Good parking and many employees are nice

Cons

Management is trained in yelling at employees like it's 1936. Either their business operations are more like 1970s or '80s. They don't believe in doing things by computer. They believe in having hard paper sent back and forth between companies. The year 2000 would be incredible advance for this company.

Lack of training, horrible on call schedule, lack of structure, very complex machine,hectic work environment,and awful engineering design.
