      Pros

      I get to work from home and salary is fair. Other than that, it is nothing special. Being a consultant for another company through AIC I don't get pulled into many non-project related meetings.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. HR\benefits\payroll can be a hassle to deal with. It's fine when everything is right, but when something is messed up it can take a while to find the right person to resolve the problem. I think this is mostly do to the restructuring from being acquired by the ACS Group.

      The company has gone through many changes over its long history. The current leadership team understands the investment required to succeed in this industry.

      Cons

      Experience within the sales and recruiting team is not always valued by the management team.
