I found out after placement that the company does not offer PTO or Holiday pay unless you negotiate it upfront or be willing to take a pay cut for benefits that you might assume are standard.
Originally 6 month temp to Perm turned into an extended contract. Advising me after the fact that my contract had been extended and may be extended again. So no possibility of a raise either for 18 months without demanding. Also by mid November 2018, there is still no word of 2019 benefits package. Most companies are closing November enrollment by this time.
