      Pros

      Great pay. The clients they have are very good. Many times they are ahead of me when finding out if my contract is being extended. I’ve had long term contracts which is very helpful.

      Cons

      There are only 6 holidays for the year. Try to negotiate your PTO as part of your contract. You may want to ask about the terms of hire should the client want to offer you a position. Don’t assume anything. Analysts doesn’t seem to do anything shady but it helps to be in the know
