Successful company with great people, but slow to change and listen to employees
Pros
- The people are fantastic. Everyone I've had the pleasure to work with is smart, hard working, and kind. Cons
- Senior leadership is centralized in a single office, which has created a disconnect. Can feel like decisions are being handed down from an ivory tower without regard to the day-to-day realities for most employees (particularly during the pandemic). - Company is slow to offer growth and promotion opportunities for employees, which has led to the loss of some top talent. Changes are in progress, but it seems like an uphill battle.
