      Pros

      - Smaller business means you get a chance to shine- there aren't the layers that other companies have - Massive talent the R&D teams who are really helpful and go out of their way to help with new or tricky projects - You're able to shape your future and work on what you can create. They're branching out from just Market Mix projects into other new areas and that means if you want to have a go at it you just have to put your hand up - Recognised as the best in the field at Marketing Optimisation

      Cons

      - As in all consulting companies the work is project based so can be peaks and troughs- but that happens everywhere

      Pros

      1. Work is repetitive, which is good, you don't need take your brain to work, just function like a robot, it saves a lot of hassles 2. there is no benefit except health insurance, the good thing is, you get a chance to contribute more to GDP growth by spending more money from your own pocket 3. You just need to know Excel and Powerpoint, you don't need to push yourself to learn anything new, happy days! 4. Managers just need you to work hard and keep your mouth shut, you will learn how to appreciate good managers and management skills once you change to a better place
