Pros
Some of the smartest people you will get to work with in any industry. Truly a diverse group of individuals regardless of being a software company. A flat hierarchy to respect everyone's opinion and helping individuals grow based on potential not tenure! Ability to get client interaction and help drive the growth of the company
Cons
Organized Chaos - Can be a good thing at times but the foundation and structure is being put in as we speak.
