Pros
The work flexibility is definitely the perk I appreciate the most in my job. As an engineer I work ten hours a day from Monday through Thursday only. My manager and team are very understandable to personal matters and no one bats an eye for taking some time for yourself. No one expects you to be available when on PTO.
Cons
Although I have received bonuses and raises a promotion hasn't been mentioned in two years.
