Business Outlook
Pros
A company with a lot of fantastic customers, partners and employees. The product and the vision are great and so is the management. I joined from a consulting partner and do not regret this decision even a second. You have a lot of freedom in how to conduct your work but it is rewarded. Btw. great culture overall.
Cons
Sometimes the work seems a bit unstructured and with the growth sometimes come inconsistencies. Still with knowing whom to ask (and I got a good mentor) you get where you need to.
