Pros
I really enjoy working at Anaplan as an organization. It's a wonderful product with an ideal product market fit for the industries the organization focuses on with constant innovation happening which is very important as a seller. Rated as a leader from all the 3rd party research firms like Gartner and Forrester. Anaplan also has a very well defined sales process and they enable you on it up front so you always know what's expected of you. The extended Leadership Team is also great! The CEO, CFO, CRO, your direct Managers and AVPs, as well as Product Leaders are always willing to get involved with clients if you need their support on certain accounts, opportunities, and meetings live when their calendars allow. The fact they are always willing to help out is a huge differentiator in comparison to other organizations I've been at in the past.
Cons
Fast paced but I wouldn't even really call it a con, it enables the innovation that you see in product management/marketing which is aimed at our clients and constantly improving to benefit them and their ability to utilize Anaplan.
