      Pros

      Good people who are willing to go outside their job titles to help. Decent product/market fit, especially in finance.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover at all levels, especially since the company was taken private. Not much investment in employee growth or advancement.

      Business unstable, consistently unprofitable, massive lay off, accumulated incentive, vacation lost.

      Pros

      Generally decent compensation and benefits. Overall fairly flexible with unlimited PTO. The people there are really nice and good to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, a lot of great people have departed or were replaced with oversea contracts. Little career advancement and yearly raises have been 0-3% the past few years - this year not having one. They forced people to go back into the office in some locations.
