      You will be placed at 85% of the mid-point salary range. The first negotiation while joining should be 1.10% of the midpoint and 1.5x or 2x of your base as equity otherwise you are doomed :)

      Pros

      It is incredibly rare to find a workplace where you don't mind waking up on a Monday because you get to work with amazing people and promote a product that you believe, wholeheartedly, in its ability to change the way we do business. Leadership invests a lot in their people and creating a fun culture.

      Cons

      Since Anaplan is growing so quickly, it's starting to lose the start-up feel and that sense of ownership or the "founder's mentality". Fairly flat organization could be a con if you measure success by upward movement.
