Pros
I came to Anaplan because I was looking for a job where I could own my career and have the opportunity to grow - and I've found it! I feel that I'm able to speak up and my opinion is deeply valued, and truly feel like I'm able to be a change-maker here at Anaplan, even as someone who is not high up in leadership. The people here are such a highlight of the job, and I have been so surprised by the kindness and welcoming attitude of all the different people I've gotten to work with so far. Hard work is valued deeply at Anaplan, and I feel that I'm seen and rewarded for my efforts. If you want to grow and learn a ton, Anaplan is an awesome place to be.
Cons
It can be intense at times, but if you're willing to rise to the challenge you'll learn so much.
