      Pros

      The Product is innovative, the org is relatively accessible which is great for brand building, pay is/can be fruitful if you play the game and work hard. Bright future for the org only being 2 years post-IPO. Incredible trajectory if you get in and commit yourself.

      Cons

      The path to field sales isn't clear for everyone, within the SDR org there isn't a lot of promotions, rolling up under marketing still feels confusing to some.

      Pros

      I LOVE it here at Anaplan. As a marketer, I feel empowered to use my skills and background in order to make a difference. The leadership team that I've come across has been open to suggestion, encouraging and personable. You can truly feel the culture from top down. Every individual, across all levels, has been genuine and willing to collaborate. This is a company that I want to keep growing with and plan on staying at for a very long time.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about. There's some change management, but everyone is willing to listen to others and consider the best option.
