free food / free alcohol - thats about it

Cons

One of the worst - most toxic places I have ever had to endure. Maidenhead office - everyone would steal from the kitchen and take the office food home. Drinking culture - drinking if often thrusted upon others, the the work environment and out, there have been a few work outings when its not just been alcohol.. which makes it very uncomfortable for others. HR team - very unprofessional, discussing peoples appearances / race / their disgusting antics in an open plan office. No career development You cant trust anyone - Maidenhead office trait Cut throat Everyone moans about everyone else - its just toxic!

Pros

Great prospects for its products and solutions. A potential start up unicorn. Conversion of ex-SAP customers was a great sales strategy in market development.

Cons

Too many chefs spoils the soup. Too much politics in a company so small, which are not productive and constructive to the development and growth of what seems to be a big potential "Unicorn". Big hiring to attract ex-SAP employees, brought along their own old school politics which "enhance" the complexity of what was already a political environment. Despite Asia having a bigger marketplace, no focus investment in developing the brand in Asia beyond its annual HUB event.

it is a tech company so they used to have some great people working there and interesting technology, things like kubernetes and so on.

Cons

fired literally everyone from the UK and US offices to move the teams to india. Managers are overly political and money driven
