Pros

more sales focus and sales structure in Anaplan today - US leadership useless especially the HR function and sales leadsership

Cons

C- level and TBravo selfish and only have company first approach vs looking after it's people - lack of true leadership that is inspiring - no sales leadership in US and no partner strategy - partners being treated like box shifters

Very good software platform, category-defining.

Cons

Post private-equity acquisition, the culture has taken a nose dive. Ruthless practices, no empathy, knee-jerk decisions being made. Unhappy employees.
