Whatever pros this organization had, it is all gone after the acquisition.
Cons
Heartless and pathetic leadership. Constant layoffs under the pretext of "Keeping organization profitable" and then going on and hiring contractors to do the same job. What is worse that with the layoff, the severance provided is as bad as it can get. No engineers are left it seems, only managers and directors and C level people. Constant fear of layoffs, and no communication at all from any leadership. Avoid this company at all costs.
