      Great authentic Local colleagues Good location

      Senior management have perfected the outward show case but it’s not their reality underneath. In it for their own career and not concerned with lower level staff. business first, staff second US want to rule all locations with little to no experience in managing other countries or remote staff and little consideration. Micro management and and clear blame culture. Turnover of senior management leaving confusion. Questionable the amount of positive reviews posted on the same day or within similar timeframe!!

      Pros

      A once great company that has been stripped of everything that made it great. There is really nothing to add here, apart from still having a job.

      Cons

      The private capital company that acquired Anaplan has sucked the life out of it. The leadership has lost its way in terms of what its USP, culture, motivation & rewards Etc. It is simply in a process stripping costs to prepare it for resale. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
